I contacted my lender after listening to your loan
modification class on Saturday January 31, 2009. I
figured why not give it try even though we just acquired
these properties last year. The first bank we contacted
offered to defer our payments for at least 6 months and then
we could revisit getting our loan modified. I was
amazed!!! The next call I made the bank forwarded me to
their website to complete an application. The third
bank offered for now to allow us to make partial payments
towards our mortgage and not affect our payment status as
late until we can resume to make the full mortgage payments.
They also stated that they were going to send me a package.
I was so glad I listened to this call and can't wait until I
receive Lee's Loan Modification program. Thank you so much
